What started out as a very cloudy day in December turned out to be an unbelievable wedding day for Fran and Gavin. The Jekyll Island Club is such a beautiful venue for a December wedding. With unexpected plush green grass underfoot the couple hosted an elaborate wedding for hundreds of guests. The natural beauty of the venue was enhanced with red poinsettias and white pansies to compliment the feeling of Christmas. After an intimate ceremony in Faith Chapel, the couple and their guests dined and celebrated late into the evening at the club's Crane Cottage.

This very artsy couple was in search of a unique look for their intimate wedding and found just that at the Jekyll Island Club. The couple held an outdoor ceremony on the live oak draped lawn between Crane Cottage and the river front. There couldn't have been a more perfect setting on any more beautiful day than this late October afternoon.
The ceremony was followed by a cocktail hour on the formal lawn of Crane Cottage and then dinner in the courtyard. As the sun set over Jekyll River, guests were served a gourmet meal with a selection of fine wines.
The couple and their guests danced and celebrated into the night with music provided by Joe Clark Big Band.

Kellie and Nick's Spring 2008 wedding was held at the gorgeous Jekyll Island Club Hotel, Jekyll Island Georgia. The couple couldn't have asked for a more perfect day to tie the knot!
They had a late morning ceremony in Faith Chapel, followed by a brunch reception in the Club Ballroom. The resort was an ideal location for a couple like Kellie and Nick who love the ocean and beaches, but wanted a more traditional church ceremony. The couple took advantage of many of the fabulous areas the resort had to offer for perfect photographs. The hotel even chauffeured the couple and their photographers a short distance for a beach shoot after the ceremony.
